The contact form is no longer supported. Even though our admin staff diligently replied to all
incoming support requests, a good number of our replies were not reaching the intended recipient, probably
due to overzealous or badly coded spam filters. Comcast, in particular, is very good at losing our email.
On August 21, 2009, we transitioned to an integrated support ticketing system. This support system is accessible
by users who are logged in only. A link to our support system
appears after you login.
Can't Login?
We realize there will be users whose issue is that they cannot login. Over the past 18 months, we have spent a
considerable amount of time trying to help such users figure out their issue. While many users who cannot login will
insist that there is some defect in our system, it has always been the case that the issue was on the client side.
If you cannot login due to an authentication error, use our Reminder.
If you cannot remember your username,
try searching
for names, words, or phrases you may have used.
If you can login but keep getting logged out, do the following:
- Make sure you have cookies enabled.
- Check your router settings, some routers can filter out cookies.
- Make sure the clock of your computer is showing the correct time.
- Turn off your firewalls.
- Try accessing from a browser without any plugins.
Not a Member?
We regret to say that we are no longer providing support to non-members. Over the past year,
we have received a huge number of irrelevant solicitations and requests to exchange links, even though
Qondio is about doing away with link exchanges. Non-members
may write to support@[the domain name of this site] but please be advised that we will decide at our
discretion whether to reply or not.
